Hey there, I’m Abbie Taddeo. I’m an Australian 100m hurdler and sprinter.
Hey, I'm Abbie! But you can call me Abbs for short. You might have heard of the phrase "one-percenters?" Well, if you said ‘one percenters’ meant spending countless minutes, hours, weeks and years, traveling thousands of kilometers weekly and enduring daily strenuous pre and rehab reps without fail. Then I’d say, I do all one hundred of them well! My self-discipline and focus on achieving my goals are clearly evident in my collaboration alongside my support team made up of weekly Physiotherapy, Pilates, Sports Psychologist, Track & Strength and conditioning sessions, just to try and help fortify my success in the world of athletics hurdling.
Beyond running, I am consistently planning ways to improve in order to transform into a better person, athlete and version of myself both on and off the track. At the end of the day, I know that my main drive is to not let people down and help others achieve phenomenal things by pushing them past their physical or mental limitations!
